Our stay at Landgasthof Winter was a delightful blend of history and modern comfort. From the warm welcome drink to the traditional Austrian cuisine served in the charming restaurant, every moment was a true taste of Austria. The air-conditioned rooms, with their wooden furniture and flat-screen TVs, provided a cozy retreat after exploring the nearby Danube River.The friendly staff, always ready with a smile, made our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the attention to detail, from the well-appointed rooms to the delicious food that showcased local flavors. The two terraces and wine cellar offered lovely spots to unwind and savor the picturesque surroundings.The location, just 2 km from the A1 motorway, was convenient for our travels, yet the peaceful village setting felt a world away. We spent our days cycling and hiking, immersing ourselves in the beauty of the Ardagger region. And at night, the quiet comfort of the air-conditioned rooms ensured a restful sleep, with no disturbance even from the nearby 13th-century church.In conclusion, Landgasthof Winter exceeded our expectations in every way.
